There is not a one size fits all.  But to give you an idea...

Portfolio websites generally equal $500 per site. Whereas, a small business site will likely equal anywhere between $500 to $5,000.

I take into consideration your specific needs and the amount of time it will take to produce.  For example, do you need 5 Pages or 50 Pages of Content?  The amount of time to organize and design your content onto a website will vary greatly in this example.
